The Compassion Method

The Compassion Method ™ came from desperately trying to find any and every resource to help my family and me survive the death of my husband. In my search, I discovered there was more pain underneath that was triggered by his passing. Underneath that pain, I found a little girl who looked a lot like me and didn’t get the kind of love she needed. Thus, began my own Compassion Journey of discovering every part of me that was left behind or discarded and bringing each piece back home.

While it started with me, I want to give my modality to those who want to know who they are underneath their pain and trauma. I want you to see yourself underneath your pain and trauma. In sharing my heart, I want you to experience this message of deep, sufficient, real love through The Compassion Method.”

Why choose The Compassion Method?

The Compassion Method ™ taught me what triggers really are and how precious they can be when we’re no longer distracted by our reactions to them. Using triggers as a guide, I found comfort knowing I can navigate my way back to me. Free from shame and blame, I learned to love myself by seeing myself for who I am separate from what I did. And when I was able to see ‘me’, I found what my pain, unmet need, and triggers were showing me all along. I found my way home back to my True Self.

The Compassion Method™ is more than a methodical, step-by-step practice of self-connection, emotional regulation, and healing. You don’t even need this modality if you have Compassion for it’s in Compassion that you have eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart that will discern what you’ve been needing all along.
